Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Dropship Supply Shopify application. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these Terms.

Service

Dropship Supply allows Shopify merchants to import dropshipping products, synchronize stock and cost, receive fulfillment requests, pay for fulfillment, submit orders to fulfillment partners, synchronize tracking, and manage shipment claims.

Merchant responsibilities

• The merchant is responsible for its Shopify store, product pricing, customer terms, tax settings, and consumer-facing policies.
• The merchant must ensure that products imported through the app are suitable for sale in the merchant's target markets.
• The merchant must provide accurate customer and shipping information for fulfillment.
• The merchant must not use the app for unlawful, misleading, or prohibited activities.

Fulfillment and payment

Fulfillment requests are processed after payment authorization or capture, depending on the checkout flow configured in the app. If an item is unavailable after payment authorization, the order may be cancelled and the authorization voided or refunded according to the payment provider's capabilities and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update products, pricing, delivery countries, shipping rates, stock availability, and app features. We aim to keep synchronization reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any supplier product.

Data protection

The merchant is the controller of customer order data. Dropship Supply acts as a processor when handling customer data for fulfillment, tracking, payment support, and claims. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum are incorporated into these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropship Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for the app is limited to the fees paid by the merchant for the app during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

The merchant may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the merchant violates these Terms, creates security risk, or uses the app unlawfully.
