Data Processing Addendum

Effective date: May 22, 2026

This Data Processing Addendum applies when Dropship Supply processes personal data on behalf of a Shopify merchant through the Dropship Supply app.

Roles

The merchant is the controller of customer order data. Dropship Supply is the processor for customer data processed to provide product import, fulfillment, payment support, tracking, claims, and app support services.

Processing instructions

Dropship Supply processes personal data only according to the merchant's instructions, the Shopify app permissions granted by the merchant, these terms, and applicable law.

Categories of personal data

• Merchant shop identifiers and app settings.
• Customer name, shipping address, email, and phone where required for fulfillment or claims.
• Order, line item, fulfillment, payment status, delivery, tracking, and claim information.
• Photos and messages submitted by the merchant for shipment claims.

Subprocessors

Dropship Supply may use subprocessors for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, fulfillment, shipping, logging, and operational support. Subprocessors are permitted to process personal data only as needed to provide their services to Dropship Supply.

Security measures

• HTTPS for data in transit.
• Production secrets stored outside source code in environment variables.
• Access to production systems limited to operational need.
• Personal data minimization and retention controls.
• Managed infrastructure controls for storage security and backups.

Assistance

Dropship Supply will reasonably assist merchants with data subject requests, deletion requests, security questions, and app-related privacy inquiries, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to Dropship Supply.

Deletion and return

After app uninstall or merchant request, Dropship Supply will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, security, dispute, chargeback, or claim purposes.
